In 1992, the Aalidhra Group of Companies launched its fibre branch under the name “GOKULANAND.” As from present time, we could manufacture 73,000 MT of partially oriented yarn (POY), 73,000 MT of fully drawn yarn (FDY), 55,000 MT of draw-textured yarn (DTY), and 55,000 MT of air-textured yarn (ATY) yearly, in additional to a polyester continuous polymerization plant with a 600 MT/Day capability. Additionally, we are able to supply Technical Textile Yarns for use in industry.

Partially Oriented Yarn (POY)
In order to produce POY at the absolute highest standards of quality, Gokulanand has installed renowned Oerlikon Barmag machinery. There are many POY options accessible for applications like air texturing, drawing texturing, drawing wrapping, and drawing twisting. In 2004, Gokulanand began conducting POY. Since then, a gradual increase has brought its capacity to 73000 MTPA.
Air Textured Yarn (ATY)
Multi-filament flat yarns are converted into yarns with a spun-like quality through the air texture process. Being the largest ATY manufacturing facility, Gokulanand offers a wide variety of ATY. These machines have a capacity of 55000 MTPA and are of the highest standard.
Draw Textured Yarn (DTY)
When Polyester POY is synchronously twisted and drawn, drew textured yarn (DTY) is produced. World-class Aalidhra machinery with a 55000 MTPA capacity has been installed by Gokulanand. Producing intermingled or non-intermingled yarns that correspond to global standards is achieved by high speed texturizing machines.
Polyester Chips (PET Chips)
Gokulanand established India's first indigenous continuous polymerization plant in 2012 with a 500 T/day capacity that was planned and constructed under the direction of Deepak Gondalia. Additionally, we expanded and ingeniously constructed Continuous Polymerization Plant 2 with a 100 T/day capacity was launched in 2021. Since our chips are exported internationally, we assure our customers that we will give them products of the highest quality.
